My device does not charge

1. Use the cable provided with a USB charger (power supply) of at least 5 Watt. The device should be charged to at least 11% for you to be able to do a full session. A full charge should last 2-3 weeks of daily use.

2. If the device is plugged in via its USB-C charger port, the LED should turn on red. Green color indicates the battery is fully charged. The device will turn on while charging but cannot be used for a session due to safety reasons.

3. If the device does not charge, change the charging cable and/or the USB charger power supply plug. Alternatively, use a different socket and avoid charging it via a Laptop USB port.

4. If the problem persists, contact technical support using the "Report an issue" option in the App/Settings or writing to [e-mail] .
