This is a natural process with the silver coated electrodes you received.

It happens between 2-4 months of use. Peeled off electrodes will not support good scalp-electrode connection.

Therefore, you need to use the booster gel provided to avoid difficulties reaching >80% scalp-electrode connection to start a session.

Alternatively, you can buy a new set of coated electrodes on our website.

New coated electrodes should last about 3 months until they will need replacement.

If the scalp-electrode connection deteriorate over time, it's a clear sign that you need to replace the electrodes or use the booster gel (with peeled electrodes).
