1. Before/After Program

1. Everyone sending Before/After pictures will get 50€ (USD) 
   cash back or 1x set of Electrodes 
    
2. See below the "guide" on how to take good pictures (we accept with and without face - up to you)
    
3. We accept any Before/After pictures that make sense to display side by side (similar angle, lighting, hair style, etc. are relevant!)
    
4. Lastly, we let the community vote on Discord to select the BEST Before/After pic at the end of the year! The winner will get 500€ (USD)!
   
   
   
   
    

2. Trichoscopy Program

1. We will pay for your professional Trichoscopy scan up to 
    4x times max. (0, 3, 6, 12 months)
    
2. Each Tricho Scan will is reimburseable up to 100€ (USD) - 
   per Tricho visit
    
3. We reimburse only if you at least perform TWO tricho scans (otherwise there is no usable data for us).
    
4. To claim your reimbursement - please send us at least two invoices + official trichoscopy report and pictures (micro & macro). 
    
5. To find the right partner please ask either a dermatologist or certified Trichologist if they can perform a Trichoscopy. We recommend going to those that have a TrichoLab / TrichoScan Software 
    
6. Please measure Hair Density & Hair Thickness 
    
7. Once you do the 3 months check, please send us the invoices of 
   0 & 3 months for reimbursement
8. Same applies for 6 & 12 months

9. If you participate in the Tricho Program you are obliged to share Macro Pictures as well to receive the reimbursement  
   
   
   
   
    

   How to take Before/After pictures?

Taking good before and after pictures isn't as easy as it sounds. However, with these tips you will be able to get great images to see by yourself the results in the niostem journey.

• Use a standard phone camera, which normally has good resolution.
• Your hair should be clean, dry and use your regular hair style. If your balding areas are not easily seen, comb your hair to reveal them.
• Make sure to have good light conditions (no dark rooms)
• Use always the same room and do it against a white/light coloured wall avoiding distracting items in the background such as people, sofas, TVs, flowers, paintings, etc.
• Take pictures from five different angles: front, back, top, right side profile, right side profile (see image below)
• Verify that your images are sharp and non-blurry
• We strongly recommend to ask another person to help take pictures
• Use the App’s selfie feature. This way you can compare them directly on your phone!
