We have received reports from some customers experiencing a “battery low” notification in the niostem app, even when their device is fully charged. This issue may occur after a recent update.
To resolve this, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide

Restart your device
Turn off the niostem device.
Wait 10 seconds.
Turn it back on.

Reset your Bluetooth connection
On your smartphone, go to Bluetooth settings.
Remove (forget) all niostem devices from the list.

Reconnect through the niostem app
Open the niostem application.
Use the in-app Bluetooth connection option to pair your device.
Important: Do not connect the niostem device directly from your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Always connect within the app for best performance.
