1. Please use the booster gel on the electrodes to improve connectivity to your scalp. To learn how to use the booster gel, you can check the video by clicking on this link.
2. Try to exchange the electrodes' position i.e. swap the places of the electrodes, for example, the electrode located at the front can be removed by pulling and then install back at the back side of the device.

3. If the problems persist please test the electrode performance. Remember that a red color indicates a NO connection while green indicates good connection.

3.1. If you do not get green lines between the electrodes (black dots on the adjustment screen) when you touch them with your fingers, it might indicate a technical problem. Test all electrode pairs that are connected with lines. Note that some electrode pairs will not show green as they are not connected with a line in between them.
3.2 If you believe you have a technical problem please send us screenshot of your App on the adjustment screen and a picture of your electrodes.
