How do I know that my session for the day is finished?

After 30 minutes, the session finishes and the App sends you a notification.

You can also check the calendar in the niostem App to see your past sessions. Likewise, if you finished a session you will not be able to so a second one in the same calendar day. This ensures that the niostem headset is not used more than 30 min a day, as niostem recommends.
