There could be several reason for this:
-The device is OFF
-You are trying to connect the device via the phone’s Bluetooth menu in your phone's settings. This action is not supported. Please follow the steps on how to pair the niostem headset with your phone FAQ. You can check on how to do this by going to this link.
-If you are still having issues with this, please unpair/forget your niostem headset with your smartphone and pair it again.

If the problem persists, contact technical support using the "Report an issue" option in the App/Settings.
